…for the first of the month!  I can’t quite believe that it’s June.  Last August when I started the PGDE I was sure it would feel like forever until I reached the end of the course.  I now only have 2 days left in university and I’ll be a Newly Qualified Teacher.  It’s been a whirlwind adventure, I have met some amazing people, learned more than I could have imagined and been challenged in so many ways.  It’s going slightly too far to say I’ve loved every minute of it but it’s only minor issues that have arisen thankfully.  I have one last task to do, and that’s to write my final profile for entry into the teaching profession.  Not very interesting but thankfully not very long – only 350 words of reflection on professional and other relevant experiences and 300 words on personal targets for the induction year (I get a full time teaching post for a year and at the end of it become fully registered).  Should really go and get on with it…
